Giuseppe Cambareri graduated magna cum laude from the University of Rome and received legal education at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law/London and the International Centre of Study of the European Community/Milan. His professional career started at the tax and legal department of Arthur Andersen through the law firms Cannata-Pierallini, Coudert Brothers LLP, and the Consob/Stock Exchange Commission.
He presently works in his own name firm in Milan and Rome, which is an independent law firm with continuous work correspondences in Europe, America, and Asia offering cross-border legal advice in the areas of corporate and commercial, M&A, employment, intellectual property rights, regulatory work, compliance and product law, real estate, litigation and arbitration. His legal expertise is focused on national and international commercial and corporate law, contract, litigation, and arbitration. He is admitted to the Barristers Association of Milan and the High Jurisdiction Attorney Register.
