Simona Antonini obtained a degree in Law from the University of Milan in 1997. After several years as a consultant providing services to companies to participate in public tenders and obtain Quality Certification ISO 9001, Simona joined Norfin SpA in 2001.
Since 2003, she has been the Company Secretary for all the Italian companies of the De Nora Group, providing support to Committees and working with Auditors, Notaries, and Supervisory Bodies.
Appointed an internal member of the Supervisory Body of Industrie De Nora SpA in 2013, she has been a member of the Association of the Supervisory Bodies ex Legislative Decree 231 / 2001 since 2015.
